Ibraheem is a fully qualified engineer with wide experience delivering infrastructure projects in the Middle East for various departments of the Federal Government of Iraq. This included the design of hydro-electric power generation facilities for the Bakhma and Badush dam projects in northern Iraq, fabrication of pipelines for sewage and also repair and re-commissioning of a municipal wastewater treatment plant serving the city of Baghdad.
His academic background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering (University of Technology – Baghdad) and an MSc in Automotive Engineering (University of Coventry UK).

His areas of expertise are energy efficiency, renewable energy and building energy management.
His academic background includes a degree in Fuel and Energy Engineering (University of Leeds UK) and an MBA (University of Warwick UK). He is also a part-time lecturer at Brunel University UK.
